Shipping Policy

Shipping / Terms of Sale Policy

  1. Please Note: Once an order is submitted, we cannot amend your order. Our ordering and shipping system is automated and  moves very quickly. We also CANNOT combine multiple orders once placed.
  2. We are not able to ship a order to an address other than the billing address when paid via credit card. If you wish to ship to an address other than the billing address please use the PayPal gateway for payment. You don't have to use an actual PayPal account if you choose not to; you can still use your credit card via this method. The shipping address being used must be listed through PayPal as a confirmed shipping address. If the shipping address being used is not listed as such, the order will be canceled and refunded.
  3. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.  Any order going to an international location will be canceled and refunded.
  4. Most orders over 200.00 will ship signature required. Please contact us before order ships if you will not be able to sign for a pkg. Once a package has shipped we are not able to change the delivery address or hold it at a FedEx hub. 
  5. If you request to have the signature waived and we are able to do so, we are not responsible for any lost packages once they show delivered. Waiving the signature requirements releases us from liability from lost/misdelivered packages. 
  6. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If an item shows to be delivered and the carrier confirms that it was delivered to the correct address, we are released from any liability.
  7. In stock orders typically ship within 24 hours on weekdays. We try to ship in stock orders received by 1:00 pm the same day.
  8. The website does not reflect current in stock levels. If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 1-3 business day to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-4 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive to us and will shipped to you immediately once they have been received in to our facility.
  9. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  10. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
  11. WHEN CHECKING OUT, CHOOSING "ECONOMY" SHIPPING WILL UTILIZE THE MOST ECONOMIC SHIPPING METHOD AVAILABLE. ONLY PACKAGES UNDER 2 POUNDS COMBINED WEIGHT CAN BE SHIPPED VIA THIS METHOD. THIS IS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE METHOD OF SHIPPING WE OFFER, AND THE TRANSIT TIME REFLECTS THAT. NORMAL TRANSIT TIME FOR THIS METHOD OF SHIPPING IS ANYWHERE BETWEEN 2 AND 10 BUSINESS DAYS, DEPENDING UPON LOCATION. THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR THIS METHOD OF SHIPPING MAY NOT UPDATE UNTIL THE PACKAGE ARRIVES TO YOUR LOCAL DEPOT ON ITS LAST STOP BEFORE FINAL DELIVERY. IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER FASTER THAN THIS TIME FRAME, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS METHOD OF SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT. CHOOSING "STANDARD" SHIPPING WILL SHIP VIA EITHER USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE, USPS PRIORITY MAIL, OR FEDEX GROUND/HOME DELIVERY, AND NORMAL TRANSIT TIMES ARE 2-6 BUSINESS DAYS, DEPENDING ON LOCATION. CHOOSING "EXPEDITED" SHIPPING WILL BE EITHER VIA FEDEX EXPRESS 2-DAY OR USPS PRIORITY MAIL, DEPENDING ON LOCATION AND AVAILABLE SERVICES. FEDEX 2-DAY SERVICE DOES NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS. USPS PRIORITY MAIL IS NORMALLY 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS IN TRANSIT, DEPENDING ON LOCATION. NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING WILL BE OFFERED DUE TO CARRIER DELAYS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, AS CARRIER DELAYS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
  12. We cannot guarantee transit times for any shipments. Times listed are average transit times, but given the current influx of orders handled by carriers, delays can happen.
  13. ALL SHIPPING TIMES LISTED ARE FROM WHEN THE ORDER LEAVES OUR FACILITY, NOT FROM WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS AND PROCEED ACCORDINGLY. IF YOU NEED TO KNOW IF PART(S) ARE IN STOCK OR HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO SHIP ONCE IT IS PLACED, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA E-MAIL PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.
  14. Shipping delays due to carrier are non-refundable. Some of those reasons are as follows: "Customs, Homeland Security checks, Weather delays, Floods, Hurricanes, End of the World  etc."
  15. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given.
  16. We can not ship high damage items. Any item we feel that will get easily damaged and can not ship to you safely will be canceled. We will contact you via e-mail and refund your order in full.
  17. We do not offer free shipping, as our prices are already so low that free shipping is not possible.
  18. Oversized shipments will be an additional charge; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval, at which point you can either choose to pay the additional shipping balance needed to proceed, or we can cancel and refund the order.
  19. Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  20. We are only responsible for packages until they arrive at their shipping destination on the order. If you are using a freight forwarder or another intermediary as your delivery address, they will need to inspect the order upon arrival to verify contents and condition of products. The package becomes the responsibility of the intermediary once it is delivered to them, as we would have fulfilled the delivery of the product(s) to the address on the order at that time. Any damage or discrepancy with the order once it is shipped from them and arrives to you would be handled between you, the purchaser, and the intermediary.
  21. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, OR FEEL THAT YOU ARE MISSING ANYTHING FROM YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE PACKAGE(S) BEING DELIVERED SO THAT AN APPROPRIATE CLAIM CAN BE FILED WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER. FAILURE TO REPORT ANY DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME RELEASES US AS THE SHIPPER FROM LIABILITY.

  23. We cannot ship to Washington State or Rhode Island due to changes in their tax laws.
